David Zen Mansley is an American voice actor. He voices Agent Bishop and Officer Bishop in both the FUNimation Dub and Saban Dub of the Fullmetal Alchemist franchise. He also shares the voice of Agent Kageshop with Jay Hickman in both the FUNimation Dub and Saban Dub of the Fullmetal Alchemist franchise.
